Shipping Cost

Here at Heart Circle we have a very simple shipping model to alleviate hassle for our community. 

US Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping ($4.90) - All orders under $75 
FREE Shipping - All orders above $75

This means no matter how many items you order, or how much they weigh, these are the rates you can expect in nearly all instances. A select few products may have different standard shipping or an economy option, and some products do not qualify for Free Shipping. 

International Shipping Rates

Not all of our products ship internationally, and the rates for the ones that do currently differ depending on where the product is manufactured or distributed from. We are in the process of standardizing our International Shipping Rates, so soon you can expect a similar experience as to the US model. Be patient with us!

Shipping / Delivery Times

Heart Circle employs a multitude of different production centers and distributors, so shipping times can vary between 2 - 16 days on average. Some products that are fully made to order and that ship from Japan, China, or Korea may take longer than average to arrive. 

Note: Once a package has left our one of our warehouses or distribution centers we have very little control over it. The delivery times provided are only estimations. Heart Circle is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Heart Circle can and will never guarantee a delivery date.
