No Returns: Due to the nature of our business services, which include a multitude of vendors and a blend of lovingly made-to-order and print-on-demand items, we do not accept any returns. We understand this might be different from what you're used to, but it helps us keep our prices competitive and offer a wide range of products. Do NOT send any products back to us, or to the manufacturer.
Returnless Refunds: We are committed to ensuring you receive products in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund:
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect.
- The defect must be a result of our production process or the shipment process, and not due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Upon verification of your claim, we will process a full refund for the defective item. There's no need to send the item back to us. We encourage you to pass the item on to someone that could use it, for instance donating it to a shelter or to Goodwill.
Order Modifications or Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is sent to our production team immediately for processing. This means we cannot accept modifications or cancellations after an order has been made. If you believe you placed an order in error, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
Wrong Size or Unsatisfactory Items: Please review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before placing an order. You can also reach out to us via live chat, text, or email to help guide you through your purchase. As we do not accept returns, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit as expected or if you are unsatisfied with the design.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Heart Circle LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. However, if your package is not delivered or is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Processing of Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
