How Does it Work?
Getting started is easy! Simply fill out the application form, and within 3 business days, we will reach out to you to confirm or deny your application. To qualify, your art must fit within our aesthetic and meet a certain level of quality.
If you are accepted, we will reach out to you with your affiliate code and partner information, as well as some intake questions. We make the process as streamlined as possible, with as little friction as possible.
Once we agree on what art to feature or products to create, your request will be sent to our product development team and within 1 - 2 weeks your products will be live.

Partner Royalties
Our partners earn a certain fixed percentage of revenue off of the net profit of each item sold.

Everyone starts out as a dreamer, earning half of all net profit made on their products.

After selling 50 products, dreamers officially become creators, earning more of their share of the profit than we do.

Anyone over the age of 18 can submit an application and be accepted into the program, if your art meets our aesthetic and quality standards.
From point of application submission to product launch can range anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks on average. Depending on how complex the designs or products are, it may take a little longer.
Heart Circle maintains a large network of POD (print on demand) partners, as well as in-house print on demand, and several custom product facilities in China and Vietnam. This gives us wide latitude to sell a variety of different goods.
To keep costs down and simply the partnership process, we do not currently support any kind of client dashboard or user-end functionality for uploading designs or developing products. This helps us maintain complete control over what gets published on Heart Circle, but also removes a lot of the overhead complexity of managing such a platform. If you want to add a product, remove a product, or change anything, all you need to do is contact your assigned rep and they will take care of it!
Heart Circle does not claim ownership over any designs uploaded to our platform. However we do maintain the right to use any design in our own marketing efforts. You can opt out of the program at any time, no questions asked.
Yes! While we cannot offer sample runs at a discount price for the majority of products, depending on what the request is we can work out a deal.
Everywhere Heart Circle is! Google shopping listings, Facebook shopping, Instagram ads, Pinterest, and more. We are expanding our potential integrations to include fulfillment via Tiktok, Walmart, and Amazon in the coming months as well.
